At Coached By Adam, we strive to provide the best online fitness experience. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, our refund policy is as follows:

• Subscription Fees: All subscription fees are non-refundable once payment is processed.

• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you will continue to have access until the end of your billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

• Exceptional Cases: Refunds may be considered in special cases, such as double charges or technical issues preventing access to the service. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
